Kurt Grosse was raised in Great Falls, Montana and graduated from Montana Tech University in Butte Montana. After settling in Las Vegas to be the engineering manager of a building structural component manufacturer, Kurt subsequently became a Nevada Professional and Civil Engineer specializing in Wood-Framed Construction. What that means: Kurt would tell the large Las Vegas Home builders how to build their houses. He soon opened his successful consulting firm, KG Engineering, and 5 years later met his wife-to-be, Terri.

Terri Capodieci was at McCarran Airport in 1994 with her daughter and met Kurt there. Thankfully Kurt wanted to buy a home, which he did a couple of weeks later. Two years later they were married.
In 1995 Terri asked Kurt to look at a foundation problem she noticed at a house her client wanted. That was when they realized how much Kurt’s skills were needed in the Las Vegas real estate market.
Soon afterward, Kurt Grosse, Realtor, and Protector started working and learning as Terri’s partner then switched to part-time engineering and full-time real estate within the year.
